JOB: Interior directional signage and exterior promotional signage for a new apartment development in Southport.

Next Generation: the posting house

The Posting House is a residential development in Southport, consisting of 1-3 bedroom apartments combining the front of the old Post Office building on Lord Street, with a new development to the rear.

Next Generation worked with design agency CL3 to produce comprehensive interior directional signage, displaying floors and directing visitors to apartments.  Signage was also required to promote the development and raise its profile in the local area, encouraging a call to action.

Next Generation recommended appropriate materials in-keeping with the style of the development, producing a number of interior directional signs and a range of exterior signage, from brass plaques, to car park signage, to large format banners and flags.  Next Generation made various site visits in preparation for the job, and spent a day on site working alongside CL3 installing the signage ready for the launch event.

The desired look was achieved by using the most appropriate materials, and effective and professional installation, to ensure all items were in place and correct for the launch.
